Being thankful for even little things  can make a big difference.

  • Run through everything that happened to you today
  • Go through the bad stuff as well as the good
  • Try to stick to the facts – not what you were thinking at the time
  • Look for anything (or person) that helped you out, made you feel better or even just stopped things getting worse
  • Write down what it was and how it helped you.
