If something’s upsetting you, it helps to write it down. You can map out what you want and need, and then make a plan on how to sort this out. Just remember:
- Make a time that works for everyone. It’s not going to go well if they’re rushed, stressed or angry
- Find a place where you can have a korero without being disturbed
- Keep it clear and to the point – try to avoid sarcasm and anger
- Respecting what each other has to say is a two way street.
