The Mental Health Foundation

The Mental Health Foundation offers a resource library at 81 New North Rd, Auckland that has information about mental health issues, including depression. Contact the Foundation by phone on 09 300 7010 or visit their website.

 

District Health Board

Other mental health promotion and education services around the country can be contacted by calling your local District Health Board (DHB) and asking for the Public Health Unit. You can find your local DHB by clicking here
